Regulated activity

Ondina Studio carries on the business of distributing cinematographic works, which is governed by the French Code du cinéma et de l'image animée.

The former authorisation to practise required of distributors has been abolished. Remaining obligations include in particular the registration of cinematographic works intended for exploitation in France and the filing of distribution deeds and contracts with the public register of cinema and audiovisual works (RCA), kept by the CNC (articles L. 121-1 et seq. of the Code du cinéma et de l'image animée). Registration and filing references are provided on request once they have been issued.
